Attorney at Law · The Florida Bar
An advocate for the victimized, an adversary the other side prepares for, in Miami and across Florida.
Caroline M. Santoro is a federal and state litigator at The Bear Firm, P.A., where she advocates for children, families, and women who have been victimized. Her background in public service with the Florida Department of Children and Families gave her firsthand insight into the lasting impact abuse can have on individuals and families, an experience that continues to shape her compassionate, determined approach to representing clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Alongside her passionate advocacy for victims, Ms. Santoro is a razor-sharp and effective commercial litigator. Her attention to detail and meticulous preparation have proven effective against opposing counsel from colossal firms around the country.
She earned her law degree from Florida International University College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and volunteers through the Put Something Back pro bono program, a continued commitment to service, advocacy, and access to justice.
She works in close concert with the firm’s New York, Washington, and Philadelphia offices, giving clients with interests in Florida a single firm — and a single standard — across all four cities.
